1) Avoid the sun between 12:00 and 16:00 hours.
2) Cover yourself with umbrellas, hat, sunglasses and appropriate clothing.
3) Use cream with at least SPF 30 and apply often.
4) Drink plenty of water or juices.
5) Know your phenotype and consult the degree of radiation.
6) Extreme protection with children (cap, goggles, wetsuits, FPS 30-50 creams).
7) Protection on the beach or any outdoor activity.
8) Do not rely on the overcast, solar radiation goes through the clouds.
9) Avoid the use of tanning booths.
10) Go to your doctor if you notice changes in moles and check your skin.
