Ageing is a luxury, let’s not forget it

It is no secret, we start to age at a very young age, the first signs become apparent around the age of 30.

 
Living is like building a house, if the foundations are not good, the house will eventually collapse. The same applies to our body, if we do not take care of it from the beginning, how else will we be able to prolong our life with physical and mental quality. Living well is a daily challenge that begins at birth.

Let us insist once again:

• Healthy habits, healthy eating, not drinking alcohol in excess, not smoking, exercising regularly, ….
• Prevent and treat diseases that we can control, such as osteoporosis, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes or high blood pressure (HBP), etc.
• If we have a genetic predisposition to suffering from a certain pathology, we can take preventive measures to keep the disease under control, slowing its progression and preventing further damage.
• Keep an eye on stress avoiding stress is one of the most difficult things in life, but we can always try to make it affect us less with willingness, positivity and by looking for solutions.
