Volume Rendering We use post-processing volume rendering techniques:

 

This technology includes a set of techniques used to display a 2D image so that it appears three-dimensional.

 

Obtaining volumetric data offers the possibility of showing the three-dimensional relationships in various organs by means of a complex computational process. This is very useful in orthopaedic and vascular disorders, among others.

 

The multi-slice CT scanner allows us to perform the same types of study as with a conventional CT, but with much more detail and in much less time.
