Nowadays, and according to the World Health Organization, 1 out of 3 cancers experienced by mankind is a skin cancer, and it is the only one that can be prevented and diagnosed early with the help of the patient.
• Avoid sun exposure during the main hours of the day (especially between noon and 4pm).
• Use creams with a high photo protection (minimum with SPF 30).
• Use clothing (shirt, pants…), hat and homologated sunglasses.
• Don’t use tanning booths.
• Apply the sun protection half an hour before the solar exposure. Apply every 2 hours.
• A part from using photo protection, also seek for the shadow always.
• Extreme the previous measurements in the case of children.
