Following these simple steps as follows, we can prevent most cases of skin cancer:

• Avoid sun exposure during the main hours of the day (especially between noon and 4pm).
• Use creams with a high photo protection (minimum with SPF 30).
• Use clothing (shirt, pants…), hat and homologated sunglasses.
• Don’t use tanning booths.
• Apply the sun protection half an hour before the solar exposure. Apply every 2 hours.
• A part from using photo protection, also seek for the shadow always.
• Extreme the previous measurements in the case of children.

Check your skin and when in doubt, consult with your dermatologist.
