Imaging is an essential tool in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
In radiotherapy, an imaging test of the area to be treated is required for treatment planning, but it is also necessary to see what we are treating in each session live.
We have evolved from 2D radiation therapy that treated shapes, to 3D radiation therapy treating volumes, to reaching 4D radiation therapy to treat moving volumes.
However, only some centers today have radiotherapy that is two steps ahead, thanks to 6D technology.
